Es decir, \u00bfpuede una sonrisa aumentar nuestro bienestar?<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=10063\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10063\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10063\" alt=\"sonrisa2\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sonrisa2-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sonrisa2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sonrisa2.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Investigadoras de la Universidad de Kansas (EE UU) han estudiado los beneficios de distintos tipos de sonrisas\u00a0sobre la salud\u00a0y han llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n de que este gesto facial nos ayuda a sentirnos mejor tras episodios de estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Las sonrisas se clasifican en dos tipos: sonrisa est\u00e1ndar, que implica solo a los m\u00fasculos situados alrededor de la boca, y sonrisa Duchenne o genuina, que tambi\u00e9n hace que se contraigan los m\u00fasculos que rodean los ojos.<\/p>\n<p>En experimentos con 169 universitarios, Tara Kraft y Sarah Pressman analizaron los efectos fisiol\u00f3gicos y psicol\u00f3gicos de una expresi\u00f3n facial neutra y de ambos tipos de sonrisas. Para ello,\u00a0despu\u00e9s de\u00a0que los sujetos realizaran actividades multitarea estresantes, les pidieron que probaran a\u00a0cambiar\u00a0el gesto de su\u00a0cara\u00a0hacia un rostros sonriente y midieron su ritmo card\u00edaco y su sensaci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=10065\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10065\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10065\" alt=\"539343\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/539343.jpg\" width=\"160\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/539343.jpg 160w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/539343-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/539343-50x50.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/><\/a>Los\u00a0resultados\u00a0revelaron que sonre\u00edr influye en el bienestar f\u00edsico, ya que la sonrisa Duchenne logr\u00f3 reducir la velocidad del latido card\u00edaco de los sujetos tras someterse a estr\u00e9s mucho m\u00e1s que una sonrisa est\u00e1ndar.
