Quien cambia es \u2018inestable\u2019, inmaduro, todav\u00eda no ha crecido, porque el ideal de vida, para la sociedad, es un mundo quieto.<\/p>\n<p>Vivir en el mismo barrio, habitar la misma casa, permanecer en el mismo colegio, tener la misma pareja, \u2018durar\u2019 en el mismo trabajo, escoger carrera \u2018para toda la vida\u2019, amarrarse a la misma ciudad y al mismo pa\u00eds\u2026 todos sin\u00f3nimos de estabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Ni qu\u00e9 decir de las ideas o de las creencias!<\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener los mismos valores, los mismos criterios, la misma mentalidad.<a es m\u00e1s importante permanecer que arriesgar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra sociedad valora lo est\u00e1tico, que \u2018no produce desorden\u2019, antes de romper esquemas y arriesgarse a que la vida sea diferente.<\/p>\n<p>El criterio m\u00e1s elemental para cambiar, el m\u00e1s simple si se quiere, es que lo que hemos vivido, lo que hemos estudiado, lo que nos ha acompa\u00f1ado, donde hemos permanecido, no nos ha producido ni la paz ni la armon\u00eda esperadas.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas personas se lamentan, por ejemplo, por la \u2018p\u00e9rdida\u2019 de valores o por la \u2018p\u00e9rdida de la familia\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, en la deducci\u00f3n m\u00e1s simplista, \u2018volver\u2019 con la familia tradicional ahora \u00bfs\u00ed dar\u00e1 estabilidad?.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9n dijo?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 creer que lo que no sirvi\u00f3 (o es que cree que el mundo va bien), hasta ahora, va a empezar a dar resultados?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfNo ser\u00eda mejor buscar otra clase de alternativas que al menos nos permitan crear otra clase de circunstancias m\u00e1s <i>humanas<\/i>, de menos apariencia y de mayor contenido y aceptaci\u00f3n de la diferencia?<\/p>\n<p>Es el cambio, y, claro est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el miedo al cambio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 escoger?<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=10114\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10114\"><img alternativas.<\/p>\n<p>Aclarando que muchas de las cosas que esperamos afuera no se encuentran \u2018afuera\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>En m\u00e1s de una situaci\u00f3n el cambio exterior no produce los resultados que anhelamos porque los problemas no son tan s\u00f3lo geogr\u00e1ficos, o de ambiente, o de la persona que nos acompa\u00f1a, o de la ciudad o del pa\u00eds en el que habitamos.<\/p>\n<p>Debo cambiar y arriesgarme, pero tambi\u00e9n debo manejar internamente la flexibilidad para no apegarme, para fluir, para atreverme.<\/p>\n<p>Es el famoso equilibrio:<\/p>\n<p>Cambiar pero no desbordarse.<\/p>\n<p>Cambiar, pero no precipitarse o indigestarse queriendo asumirlo todo a la vez.<\/p>\n<p>Ning\u00fan cambio duradero es r\u00e1pido o instant\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n<p>Los cambios necesitan cocci\u00f3n.<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=10116\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10116\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" cambio no hay horno microondas sino fog\u00f3n de le\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Porque, as\u00ed sea impactante, lo que permanece quieto es porque est\u00e1 muerto.<\/p>\n<p>Lo \u00fanico que no acepta cambio es la muerte.<\/p>\n<p>Sorprende c\u00f3mo, los <i>seres humanos<\/i> dicen tanto de su personalidad a trav\u00e9s de su necesidad o resistencia a los cambios.<\/p>\n<p>Hay personas \u2018muertas\u2019 en vida que no se atreven a cambiar ni siquiera la ruta hacia el trabajo, ni lo que comen, ni se arriesgan a vestirse diferente, a mover los muebles de la casa, o a pasar un fin de semana de otra manera.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso cuando no se acepta, la resistencia al cambio se convierte en enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>A las buenas o a las malas, el mundo se mueve y el cambio no
