Primero: en el mismo sistema. Segundo, en quienes asumen la responsabilidad de ser gobernantes seg\u00fan las metas que se propongan.<\/p>\n<p>Existen sistemas pol\u00edticos que est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados en su misma estructura. Es decir, hay formas de gobierno y de participaci\u00f3n que nacen heridas de muerte, porque implican discriminaciones, exclusiones, marginaci\u00f3n de grupos, supresi\u00f3n de derechos b\u00e1sicos de <em>seres humanos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso se puede hablar de sistemas pol\u00edticos intr\u00ednsecamente injustos, es decir, sistemas que desde leyes y desde estructuras promueven y mantienen situaciones de da\u00f1o m\u00e1s o menos grave hacia las personas. Como tambi\u00e9n existen sistemas pol\u00edticos m\u00e1s justos, orientados a servir a la gente y a conseguir mejoras reales en la vida social.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo nivel se refiere a los gobernantes. Un sistema estructuralmente injusto puede tener gobernantes que busquen paliar da\u00f1os, que promuevan algo de bien entre la gente a pesar de las leyes. Al mismo tiempo, un sistema estructuralmente justo (o menos injusto) puede tener gobernantes corruptos, cobardes, ambiciosos, prepotentes, que provocan enormes da\u00f1os a las personas y a los grupos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal (es bueno no dejar de lado ideales a la hora de vivir) ser\u00eda encontrar un sistema con una estructura sana y con gobernantes buenos.<\/p>\n<p>Volvamos a las dos palabras del inicio: democracia y justicia. \u00bfEs la democracia un sistema bueno? Y quienes son elegidos, seg\u00fan leyes electorales complejas y que provocan enormes discusiones, \u00bftienen un nivel de honestidad y un amor a la justicia suficientes como para promover el bien de la sociedad?<\/p>\n<p>Si no afrontamos estas preguntas, no tiene mucho sentido alabar a quienes promueven la consolidaci\u00f3n de la democracia si antes no hemos analizado si este sistema supuestamente democr\u00e1tico sea justo, y si los que gobiernan est\u00e1n preparados y poseen una actitud \u00e9tica suficiente para las responsabilidades que asumen ante quienes esperan pan, trabajo, seguridad, y un mayor respeto a los derechos fundamentales de todos.<\/p>\n<p>seryhumano.com \/ P.
