Lo matamos. Le negamos de base la salida, le negamos la expresi\u00f3n de lo que sea que esa persona est\u00e9 sintiendo (y que claramente necesita dejar salir).<\/p>\n<p>Le pusimos un velo de negatividad a emociones como el odio, el rencor, la tristeza, el miedo, cuando en el fondo son expresiones del esp\u00edritu humano, emociones tan v\u00e1lidas y libres de ser expresadas como sus \u201ccontrapartes\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfPorque te vas a negar la expresi\u00f3n de lo que sea que quieres expresar?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente nos autocensuramos porque nunca nadie nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 que expresar ciertos estados es saludable. Tenemos una reacci\u00f3n violenta, y lo primero que recibimos es el juicio. Estamos tristes, y todo el mundo nos aconseja dejar de estarlo. La emoci\u00f3n negativa debe ser transitada, de lo contrario nunca podr\u00e1 ser trascendida.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte tenemos el otro extremo, cuando nos quedamos masticando esas emociones (convirti\u00e9ndolo quiz\u00e1s en una sobreexpresi\u00f3n que m\u00e1s que buscar transcender el dolor, se regocija en \u00e9l) porque, volvemos a lo mismo, nunca nadie nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 como \u201cgestionar\u201d esa expresi\u00f3n emocional. El tema es complejo y tiene muchas aristas, pero lo que quiero expresar es que la autocensura emocional es antinatural.
