En esta actividad participaron maestros, coordinadores y directores de escuelas que pudieron conocer las ventajas de utilizar el contenido televisivo para optimizar los procesos educativos de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Auditorio \u201cJulio P\u00e9rez Rojas\u201d ubicado en la sede de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del estado Lara, en donde el personal de las escuelas de la regi\u00f3n, pudo informarse en relaci\u00f3n a las ventajas existentes a trav\u00e9s de una oferta audiovisual consistente y viable, tanto en lo tecnol\u00f3gico como en lo pedag\u00f3gico, especialmente dirigida al sistema educativo latinoamericano y de car\u00e1cter gratuito para las comunidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>El programa ESCUELA +, tiene como primordial objetivo, colaborar, complementar y enriquecer el contenido educativo para las escuelas de educaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria, utilizando la m\u00e1s alta tecnolog\u00eda de DIRECTV\u00ae a trav\u00e9s del equipo decodificador DIRECTV PlusTM y el contenido did\u00e1ctico de sus socios: Discovery en la Escuela, Microsoft, Fundaci\u00f3n Torneos y National Geographic. Este es un servicio que proporciona un beneficio para las escuelas, pues sirve de apoyo a los docentes a la hora de preparar e impartir sus clases.<\/p>\n<p>En la actividad, tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 el voluntariado corporativo de DIRECTV Barquisimeto, quienes juegan un papel importante dentro del proceso como enlace entre los docentes y DIRECTV.<\/p>\n<p>ESCUELA+ llega hoy a unos 185 mil ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de 1068 escuelas de Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Per\u00fa, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico y Ecuador.
