En los pr\u00f3ximos meses se convertir\u00e1 en una subsidiaria de Alphabet, Inc.<\/li>\n<li>El sitio Web de Alphabet es: <a href=\"https:\/\/abc.xyz\/\">https:\/\/abc.xyz\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Larry Page es el nuevo presidente ejecutivo de Alphabet y Sergey Brin ser\u00e1 su presidente. Eric Schmidt ser\u00e1 el presidente de la junta directiva de Alphabet. Ruth Porat ser\u00e1 la presidenta de finanzas de Alphabet y de Google. David Drummond continuar\u00e1 como el abogado de Alphabet.<\/li>\n<li>Alphabet reportar\u00e1 sus primeros resultados fiscales en el cuarto trimestre que finaliza el 31 de diciembre de 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Los due\u00f1os de activos de Google recibir\u00e1n la misma cantidad de activos en Alphabet.<\/li>\n<li>Alphabet continuar\u00e1 cotizando en Nasdaq como GOOGL y GOOG.<\/li>\n<li>Sundar Pichai, 43, es el nuevo presidente ejecutivo de Google, Inc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>En octubre de 2014, Page puso a Pichai a la cabeza de los productos de Google, eso incluye a Android, B\u00fasquedas, Chrome y los apps de Google (Drive, Calendario, Play, por ejemplo). Pero con este nuevo puesto Pichai tambi\u00e9n asumi\u00f3 el mando de todo lo que conlleva el desarrollo del negocio y su infraestructura. En aquel entonces, Page dijo que se enfocar\u00eda en otras \u00e1reas importantes de Google, como el desarrollo corporativo, legal, financiero y las ventas por publicidad.
