\"C\u00f3mo-tomar-riesgos\"<\/a>Dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n siempre se deben tomar riesgos, y siempre existen muchos factores que nos limitan, o nos impiden tomar riesgos; de hecho muchas veces nos gana el miedo y ese es el motivo por cual desistimos y tratamos de evitar riesgos. Pero la clave no est\u00e1 en no tomar esos riesgos, en no arriesgarse, la clave se encuentra en la manera en la cual se toman los riesgos, la forma en la cual se visualizan y estando consciente de lo que puede pasar se cuenta con un plan de acci\u00f3n, se minimizan problemas y se acepta el reto.<\/p>\n

Haciendo referencia a esta frase, este es el motivo en el cual como organizaci\u00f3n se debe trabajar para siempre contar con toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria que nos ayude a entender en que \u201cterreno<\/em>\u201d estamos incursionando, por ejemplo cuando se va a lanzar un nuevo producto al mercado, debemos entender las preferencias del consumidor, conocer a la competencia, entender lo que demanda el mercado, estar consciente de las tendencias, etc. en la medida en que cuentes con toda la informaci\u00f3n requerida lograr\u00e1s disminuir tus miedos y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil tomar las decisiones adecuadas.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa inteligencia para tomar riesgos se convierte en un h\u00e1bito<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Ahora despu\u00e9s de haber entendido la situaci\u00f3n es necesario establecer un proceso de toma de decisiones, el m\u00e1s com\u00fan es: investigar, planear, evaluar, comprar, y finalmente tomar la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Cuando logres establecer un proceso adecuado de toma de decisiones y logres volverlo un h\u00e1bito en tu vida y adem\u00e1s consigas inculc\u00e1rselo a tus empleados, de ese modo obtendr\u00e1s los resultados que buscas, porque empezar\u00e1s a ver que los riesgos que has tomado han servido de aprendizaje y han impulsado a la organizaci\u00f3n en la direcci\u00f3n que t\u00fa estabas esperando.<\/p>\n
