Con textos de Aquiles Nazoa y m\u00fasica de Federico Ruiz, <strong>Los Martirios de Col\u00f3n<\/strong>, en un montaje dirigido por Franklin Tovar.<\/p>\n<p>La Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica de Venezuela, dirigida por el maestro C\u00e9sar Iv\u00e1n Lara, dar\u00e1 vida a la partitura de Ruiz, mientras que los textos de Nazoa ser\u00e1n cantados por Gaspar Col\u00f3n Moleiro y Roberto Leal como Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n, Margot Pares-Reyna y Fanny Arjona como La Reina Isabel, mientras que Mair\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez y Amelia Salazar narrar\u00e1n las vicisitudes que vivieron los personajes a finales del siglo XV.<\/p>\n<p>Los Martirios de Col\u00f3n es un collage de g\u00e9neros que van desde el estilo renacentista, hasta lo popular, contando de manera ocurrente y muy criolla la llegada de los espa\u00f1oles a Am\u00e9rica en 1492 y que para los personajes de la obra no es m\u00e1s que un accidente geogr\u00e1fico lleno de incongruencias. Foto Eliecer Quijada<\/p><\/div>\n<p>El Coro de \u00d3pera Teresa Carre\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n se integra a esta majestuosa producci\u00f3n, en donde adem\u00e1s participan m\u00e1s de 300 personas, involucradas en aspectos t\u00e9cnicos, escenogr\u00e1ficos y musicales, que garantizan una puesta en escena de altura para el disfrute del p\u00fablico venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>Los martirios de Col\u00f3n se presentar\u00e1 en la sala R\u00edos Reyna del Teatro Teresa Carre\u00f1o del 29 de octubre al 1ero de noviembre. Jueves 7:00pm (la funci\u00f3n del d\u00eda viernes se encuentra agotada por taquilla) y s\u00e1bado y domingo a las 5:00pm.
