Es decir el glaciar se desintegra y suelta numerosos icebergs que van a aumentar el nivel de los oc\u00e9anos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n sabemos que los niveles de gases con efecto invernadero han batido otro registro en 2014, esto, avisa la Organizaci\u00f3n Meteorol\u00f3gica Mundial, quiere decir m\u00e1s temperatura global y m\u00e1s fen\u00f3menos extremos, como olas de calor, inundaciones, subida del nivel del mar y mayor acidificaci\u00f3n de los oc\u00e9anos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos avisan tambi\u00e9n los cient\u00edficos del Earth Institute de la Universidad de Columbia, que las cuencas del Duero y del Ebro figuran entre las m\u00e1s afectadas por la disminuci\u00f3n de las nevadas, y por tanto de las reservas de agua, en el hemisferio norte, en el que viven dos mil millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el fracaso de la cumbre del clima de Copenhague en 2009, los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico se han agudizado. En aquella ocasi\u00f3n la Uni\u00f3n Europea se qued\u00f3 sola, aislada por la complicidad entre EEUU y China. Pero a pesar de ser pionera en el ahorro energ\u00e9tico; de haberse comprometido a disminuir en un 40% sus emisiones de CO2 de aqu\u00ed a 2040, Europa sigue subvencionando, con un coste anual de diez mil millones de euros, la producci\u00f3n de electricidad quemando carb\u00f3n, el combustible f\u00f3sil que m\u00e1s CO2 emite.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=21199\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21199\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21199\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/cumbre-del-clima-e1449662255504.jpg\" alt=\"cumbre del clima\" width=\"500\" height=\"263\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sin estas ayudas p\u00fablicas los precios de la electricidad de las energ\u00edas renovables ser\u00edan m\u00e1s competitivos. As\u00ed por ejemplo, el riqu\u00edsimo fondo soberano de Noruega, que gestiona 800 mil millones de euros, decidi\u00f3 en junio pasado no invertir m\u00e1s en el carb\u00f3n y vendi\u00f3 sus acciones de la el\u00e9ctrica alemana RWE. En Alemania el carb\u00f3n, el lignito y la hulla producen m\u00e1s del 40% de la electricidad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n ha habido cambios en la actitud de los Estados, as\u00ed China e incluso Arabia Saud\u00ed, se han comprometido ante la ONU, a reducir sus emisiones.
