Tras los ataques de Par\u00eds, la Uni\u00f3n Europea estudia medidas para acabar con la financiaci\u00f3n terrorista, una petici\u00f3n que ha hecho Francia. Este pa\u00eds quiere ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la congelacion de activos y compartir datos con Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPienso, en particular, en los valores mobiliarios, apartamentos, activos inmobiliarios, autom\u00f3viles, o incluso beneficios sociales porque puede haber prestaciones de las que se beneficien personas en determinados pa\u00edses de Europa con las que se financien directamente las actividades terroristas de estos individuos\u201d, ha dicho Michel Sapin, ministro franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Francia tambi\u00e9n quiere reforzar el espionaje financiero, que haya controles m\u00e1s estrictos y m\u00e1s transparencia a la hora de utilizar el dinero electr\u00f3nico. Hemos hablado con Claude Moniquet, del Centro Europeo de Inteligencia Estrat\u00e9gica y de Seguridad: \u201cTemo una p\u00e9rdida excesiva de tiempo, de mucha energ\u00eda y una gran cantidad de dinero para hacer frente a algo contra lo que no se puede luchar. No solamente es el terrorismo, se aplica tambi\u00e9n a la droga, a la prostituci\u00f3n y todas las ramas del crimen organizado. Tengo la impresi\u00f3n de que es un debate importante pero donde tambi\u00e9n nos centramos demasiado y no tendremos grandes resultados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=21218\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21218\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21218\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/UE-e1449671540251.jpg\" alt=\"UE\" width=\"500\" height=\"313\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este experto asegura se puede reducir parte de la financiaci\u00f3n al terrorismo controlando el tr\u00e1fico de petr\u00f3leo que genera entre 600 y 800 millones de d\u00f3lares al a\u00f1o: \u201cUna de las fuentes de macrofinanciaci\u00f3n es evidentemente los intercambios entre un territorio conocido geogr\u00e1ficamente, cuyo paradero puede determinarse: el Estado Isl\u00e1mico entre Siria e Irak y sus vecinos. Se vende petr\u00f3leo a Jordania y a Turqu\u00eda y ah\u00ed hay una manera de saber qui\u00e9n lo ha comprado, qui\u00e9nes son los compradores, los que lo adquieren sabiendo que D\u00e1esh vende el petr\u00f3leo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea tendr\u00e1 que establecer un calendario para adoptar medidas.
