De hecho somos animales, mam\u00edferos para ser m\u00e1s exactos, pero pensantes. Esta es la clave de la humanidad. Lo que nos hace diferentes es que podemos elaborar pensamientos, construir cosas, bienes, dise\u00f1ar servicios, leer, escribir, tener intereses, rezar, crear, adem\u00e1s de sentir racionalmente y expresar los sentimientos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las emociones. No obstante, muchos humanos se dejan llevar por sus instintos animales y se comportan m\u00e1s como tales que como personas.<\/p>\n<p>La conducta de los animales es instintiva. Se fundamentan en la supervivencia de la especie y los motores que la impulsan son el miedo y la agresi\u00f3n (rabia) para hacer frente al peligro y al dolor, el placer (alegr\u00eda) y el instinto sexual para la procreaci\u00f3n y la vida en manada.<\/p>\n<h2>La conducta humana por el contrario es regida por la racionalidad, por \u00abel uso de la raz\u00f3n\u00bb desde los 7 a\u00f1os aproximadamente.<\/h2>\n<p>No obstante, los humanos seguimos manejando c\u00f3digos gen\u00e9ticos que nos impulsan hacia una vida instintiva. El placer, la agresi\u00f3n, el miedo y el instinto sexual de los animales existen como emociones en los humanos: El amor, la sexualidad, el temor, la alegr\u00eda. Estos instintos son los que a veces nos \u00abhacen perder el juicio\u00bb. Ser infieles a nuestra pareja se deber\u00e1 m\u00e1s probablemente a un momento de instinto sexual que a un enamoramiento humano. El temor humano es muy similar al miedo animal. Nos prepara para huir o enfrentar las agresiones que podamos recibir. La agresividad animal es en el humano la rabia ante las frustraciones o desenga\u00f1os y nos sirve como mecanismo de defensa ante distintas situaciones. Y no es as\u00ed. Claro que ser humanitarios es un acto emotivo, pero tambi\u00e9n de bondad, de meditaci\u00f3n profunda, de querer ayudar al pr\u00f3jimo, lo cual nos lleva a la solidaridad. Enamorarnos en el reino humano es distinto, no solo es lo sexual o la procreaci\u00f3n, existe comunidad de intereses, objetivos de pareja, vida en familia, en sociedad, compromisos, es algo m\u00e1s que instintos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9 furioso, agrediendo a sus seres queridos, cuando vea unas faldas o pantalones ajenos y cuando sienta un miedo profundo que le paralice, cuente hasta diez y piense que usted es un ser humano, racional y ver\u00e1 que podr\u00e1 manejar la situaci\u00f3n sin mayores problemas.
