En un paso importante para esta ecuaci\u00f3n clave, el Consejo de Estado de Francia suspendi\u00f3 el veto al burkini que hab\u00eda dictado el alcalde de Villeneuve-Loubet (Alpes-Maritimes) en una decisi\u00f3n que sentar\u00e1 jurisprudencia para la treintena de Ayuntamientos que lo hab\u00edan prohibido.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00f3rgano, m\u00e1xima autoridad administrativa del pa\u00eds, considera que la prohibici\u00f3n \u201ces un atentado grave y manifiestamente ilegal contra las libertades fundamentales\u201d y que el alcalde se ha extralimitado en sus competencias, que se ci\u00f1en a garantizar un orden p\u00fablico que en modo alguno, dice el Consejo, est\u00e1 amenazado por el ba\u00f1ador isl\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n<p>Las im\u00e1genes de unos polic\u00edas obligando a una mujer musulmana a quitarse una camisa en la playa de Niza no solo han ejemplificado lo absurdo e injustificado de esta norma, sino que han alimentado la intolerancia y sometido la convivencia a tensiones innecesarias.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_23237\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=23237\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-23237\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23237\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23237\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Burkini1-e1472432309493.jpg\" alt=\"Una mujer se quita la camisa mientras la polic\u00eda le pone una multa en Niza.
