La peque\u00f1a, cuyo nombre no se ha hecho p\u00fablico falleci\u00f3 el mes pasado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTen\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os, era una ni\u00f1a inteligente y despierta, era consciente de su demanda y supo persuadirme no solo a m\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n al juez, de que era lo suficientemente madura para tomar ese tipo de decisiones\u201d, explica la abogada de la ni\u00f1a, Zoe Fleetwood.<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Londres, Peter Jackson, a cargo del caso, dej\u00f3 claro que solo dirimi\u00f3 entre la disputa de los padres dando la raz\u00f3n a la madre sin entrar en la pol\u00e9mica sobre si era correcta la criogenizaci\u00f3n, una t\u00e9cnica que, seg\u00fan la doctora Ellie Cannon, presenta muchos interrogantes: \u201cNinguno de nosotros sabe qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con esta ni\u00f1a en cien a\u00f1os y si podr\u00e1 volver a la vida. Es casi un asunto de ciencia ficci\u00f3n.
