Oxford Street inaugur\u00f3 la navidad con un espect\u00e1culo acogido por toda una muchedumbre que afortunadamente pudo disfrutar del encendido tras la lluvia, que par\u00f3 justo a tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o el encargado de poner las luces en marcha en su edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 57 fue Craig David, conocido por canciones como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4lxRRCxfRvI\">\u2018Walking Away\u2019<\/a>. El alcalde de Londres Sadiq Khan tampoco se quiso perder esta cita y expres\u00f3 que su deseo de navidad era que la capital brit\u00e1nica \u201csiga siendo la mejor ciudad del mundo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por primera vez la iluminaci\u00f3n de la conocida calle se ha visto asociada con una organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica.
