Ganar en consideraci\u00f3n solo del punto de vista propio, al mantener largas conversaciones donde prevalece el mon\u00f3logo que lo defiende. Se gana m\u00e1s cuando se cede. Donde el otro tambi\u00e9n recibe una recompensa y nadie pierde.<\/p>\n<p>Negociar no solo se traslada a los t\u00e9rminos comerciales, tambi\u00e9n influye en las relaciones interpersonales en s\u00ed. Por ejemplo, generar acuerdos con los hijos, una noche de cine en casa, un domingo en el que los amigos ir\u00e1n a casa a ver el partido de f\u00fatbol, si el marido limpia todo al terminar dicha reuni\u00f3n. Se negocia, se cede y todos ganan.<\/p>\n<p>El ego es quiz\u00e1 el bloqueo central de cada persona. Aqu\u00e9l que cierra los ojos y o\u00eddos de una conversaci\u00f3n en donde se busca llegar a un acuerdo y que se termine en paz y tranquilidad con ambas partes satisfechas. Esa paz llega cuando se cede, antes de \u00ab<em>atacar<\/em>\u00bb para intentar ganar por encima de todo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La habilidad de ceder, enmarca un gran resultado para todos: ganar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una sola virtud se necesita para negociar: flexibilidad. \u00ab<em>Si se es flexible, siempre habr\u00e1 trato con el n\u00facleo familiar, la pareja, los empleadores o los clientes de su propio negocio<\/em>\u00ab, opin\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s B\u00e1ez, experto asesor en negociaci\u00f3n de <strong>ac novus<\/strong>, quien piensa que ceder no es perder, es ganar.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo claro es c\u00f3mo ser\u00eda negociar un aumento en el sueldo, un trabajador tendr\u00e1 mejores resultados si cede un poco de su tiempo para hacer otra peque\u00f1a contribuci\u00f3n a la empresa. \u00ab<em>Jefe, necesito percibir un mejor sueldo. Podr\u00eda llegar a las ocho de la ma\u00f1ana a la oficina y hacer el calendario de actividades del d\u00eda<\/em>\u00ab. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal?
