Ahora, una investigaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo por expertos de la Universidad de Tohoku (Jap\u00f3n) ha descubierto que los productos l\u00e1cteos bajos en grasa pueden beneficiar a la salud mental.<\/p>\n<p>Para su estudio, los investigadores se propusieron examinar c\u00f3mo el consumo de ciertos productos l\u00e1cteos bajos en grasa afectaba individualmente en el riesgo de desarrollar s\u00edntomas de depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Contaron con la participaci\u00f3n de 1.159 adultos de entre 19 y 83 a\u00f1os, siendo la mayor\u00eda mujeres.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">La depresi\u00f3n es uno de los trastornos de salud mental m\u00e1s comunes en todo el mundo<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Los participantes informaron acerca de la frecuencia con la que consum\u00edan leche y yogur bajos en grasa y grasa entera en un cuestionario diet\u00e9tico, sin incluir queso, mantequilla y otros productos l\u00e1cteos. \u00danicamente leche y yogur.
