Dieta es un t\u00e9rmino mal utilizado ya que solo se refiere a m\u00e9todos restrictivos para perder peso, pero la palabra Dieta es todo aquella alimentaci\u00f3n que llevamos en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La idea para tener un cuerpo saludable y un adecuado estado de salud consiste en implementar en nuestra vida ciertos h\u00e1bitos que se har\u00e1n parte de nuestras costumbres y nos har\u00e1n la vida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sin necesidad de tantas restricciones, a continuaci\u00f3n varios de ellos:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/perder-peso-sin-hacer-dieta\/dieta-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-27675\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27675\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/dieta-e1521623134419.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es importante realizar al menos 5 comidas al d\u00eda (desayuno, merienda, almuerzo, merienda y cena) y evitar salt\u00e1rselas; organiza los horarios.<\/li>\n<li>Variar los platos para evitar que la alimentaci\u00f3n sea algo aburrido y repetitivo.<\/li>\n<li>Jugar con los colores de los platos, degustar platos m\u00e1s llamativos y variados.<\/li>\n<li>Masticar bien y lentamente cada bocado, adem\u00e1s de hacerlo en un espacio tranquilo dispuesto especial para eso.<\/li>\n<li>Dormir 6 &#8211; 8 horas nocturnas\u00a0 y as\u00ed regularizar \u00a0las hormonas que se involucran el apetito.<\/li>\n<li>Al salir y comer fuera de casa, evitar comidas con alta carga cal\u00f3rica, escoger siempre la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Prefiera preparaciones a la plancha, horneados, en salsa natural, sancochados, al vapor. Evite frituras.<\/li>\n<li>Evite el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/li>\n<li>Limite el uso de az\u00facar y alimentos que lo contengan.
