As\u00ed, un\u00a0estudio\u00a0prev\u00e9 un incremento en el consumo de alimentos ecol\u00f3gicos en Espa\u00f1a en torno al 12% anual hasta 2020, y sobrepasar los 12.000 millones de euros de facturaci\u00f3n dicho a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El cocinero Josean Merino junto con otros reconocidos chefs, est\u00e1 impulsando generar en el sector un movimiento a favor de la consolidaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos sostenibles en sus negocios, as\u00ed como hacia un consumo m\u00e1s justo y responsable.
