La helader\u00eda obtuvo el reconocimiento por ofrecer m\u00e1s de 800 sabores en helados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/adios-al-creador-de-heladeria-en-merida-ganadora-de-record-guiness\/heladeria_coromoto\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28666\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28666\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Helader\u00eda_Coromoto-e1533112281438.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El fundador y creador de la helader\u00eda venezolana ganadora del r\u00e9cord Guinness por la cantidad de sabores que ofrece, Manuel Da Silva, falleci\u00f3 este martes por causas naturales a sus 88 a\u00f1os, confirm\u00f3 a Efe el gobernador estado M\u00e9rida, Ram\u00f3n Guevara.<\/p>\n<p>Da Silva, de origen portugu\u00e9s, muri\u00f3 en la capital de M\u00e9rida, donde fund\u00f3 y mantuvo en pie pese a las vicisitudes la Helader\u00eda Coromoto, conocida como la de \u00ab<em>los mil sabores<\/em>\u00ab, cualidad que la hizo merecedora del Guinness en 1991 cuando contaba con 368 y t\u00edtulo que revalid\u00f3 en 1996 al ofrecer 591 variedades.<\/p>\n<p>Da Silva recibir\u00e1 la \u00ab<em>Orden Mariano Pic\u00f3n Salas<\/em>\u00bb en su primera clase, reconocimiento que se otorga a ciudadanos ilustres, por el indudable aporte tur\u00edstico que hizo a la entidad, aunque no se indic\u00f3 si este homenaje se le rendir\u00eda durante su funeral.<\/p>\n<p>La Helader\u00eda Coromoto comenz\u00f3 a operar en la d\u00e9cada de los a\u00f1os 80 con sabores tradicionales y a lo largo de los a\u00f1os fue ampliando su oferta hasta ofrecer helados de aguacate, cebolla, camarones, fr\u00edjoles hasta lograr propuestas con m\u00e1s de 860 ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/adios-al-creador-de-heladeria-en-merida-ganadora-de-record-guiness\/heladeria-coromoto\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28667\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28667 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Helader\u00eda-Coromoto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Helader\u00eda-Coromoto.jpg 301w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Helader\u00eda-Coromoto-300x167.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" \/><\/a>En 2017, la crisis econ\u00f3mica que padece Venezuela y que se traduce en escasez generalizada de alimentos y otros productos, oblig\u00f3 a Da Silva a cerrar el local debido a las complicaciones para adquirir la leche y az\u00facar necesarias para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los helados.
