Y es que el zumo de fruta ha demostrado no tener ni un \u00cdndice Gluc\u00e9mico (IG) ni una Carga Gluc\u00e9mica (CG) altos.<\/p>\n<p>La guerra al az\u00facar, declarada hace tiempo, ha provocado la proliferaci\u00f3n de investigaciones cient\u00edficas que arrojen un m\u00ednimo de luz sobre su verdadera incidencia en la salud y en determinadas enfermedades. Lo que parece claro a estas alturas es que los az\u00facares libres, principalmente aquellos a\u00f1adidos de manera artificial por la industria, hosteler\u00eda o el propio consumidor, suponen un factor de riesgo independiente para muchas enfermedades no transmisibles.<\/p>\n<p>Los az\u00facares libres incluyen los monosac\u00e1ridos y los disac\u00e1ridos a\u00f1adidos a los alimentos y las bebidas, m\u00e1s los az\u00facares naturalmente presentes en la miel, los jarabes, los jugos de frutas y los concentrados de jugos de frutas, aunque no hay pruebas de que el consumo de az\u00facares intr\u00ednsecos tenga efectos adversos para la salud.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, la investigaci\u00f3n no hace sino refrendar lo que ya ha venido advirtiendo la <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/bitstream\/handle\/10665\/154587\/WHO_NMH_NHD_15.2_spa.pdf;jsessionid=94DEC323A116AB88BD2C26776B703F37?sequence=2\">Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud<\/a> en los \u00faltimos tiempos: no hay evidencias cient\u00edficas que indiquen que el consumo de zumos de frutas sea perjudicial en general, ni en lo que respecta a la diabetes de tipo 2 en particular. Al contrario. Los zumos de frutas, fuente de fibra, minerales y vitaminas, con propiedades antioxidantes pueden incluso favorecer la regulaci\u00f3n de los niveles de glucosa e insulina, al activar los receptores de insulina y captaci\u00f3n de glucosa por las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/el-azucar-del-zumo-de-la-fruta-no-es-perjudicial-para-la-salud\/zumo-frutas\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28696\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28696\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/zumo-frutas-e1533563865767.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soporte cient\u00edfico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, muchos de los datos cient\u00edficos que hay sobre el zumo de fruta y sus beneficios para la salud han sido tergiversados u omitidos del debate sobre la salud, lo que ha creado confusi\u00f3n entre los consumidores y profesionales del sector de la salud<\/em>\u201d, aseguran desde la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Zumos de Frutas (AIJN) y Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Fabricantes de Zumos (Asozumos).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello han puesto en marcha la campa\u00f1a <a href=\"https:\/\/zumodefrutaenserio.es\/es\">\u2018Zumo de Fruta, en Serio\u2019<\/a> para evitar dicha confusi\u00f3n, ofreciendo para ello \u201cinformaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica clara basada en las evidencias existentes sobre los zumos\u201d. Se trata de una campa\u00f1a europea con base cient\u00edfica que se desarrolla en 14 pa\u00edses y tiene por objeto \u201c<em>dar a conocer trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n representativos y fiables sobre el zumo de fruta<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Queremos compartir toda la informaci\u00f3n objetiva e imparcial sobre los beneficios de beber con moderaci\u00f3n zumo de fruta, dentro de un estilo de vida saludable.
