Un juez brasile\u00f1o orden\u00f3 suspender temporalmente la entrada de venezolanos a Brasil por el estado fronterizo de Roraima hasta que haya un \u201c<em>equilibrio<\/em>\u201d entre el n\u00famero de inmigrantes que ingresa desde el pa\u00eds vecino con los que salen a otras ciudades, informaron hoy fuentes oficiales.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del Juez condiciona la entrada de nuevos venezolanos a Brasil por la frontera al llamado proceso de interiorizaci\u00f3n, que es una medida del Gobierno federal mediante la cual transfiere inmigrantes desde Roraima, uno de los estados m\u00e1s pobres de Brasil, a otras regiones y les asegura la regularizaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento este proceso, que tiene el apoyo de diversas agencias de las Naciones Unidas, ha trasladado a 820 inmigrantes venezolanos a ciudades como Sao Paulo, Cuiab\u00e1, Brasilia y R\u00edo de Janeiro, no obstante se estima que, por d\u00eda, ingresan 500 venezolanos por la frontera de Roraima.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Decido cautelarmente suspender la admisi\u00f3n y el ingreso en Brasil de inmigrantes venezolanos a partir de la ciencia de esta decisi\u00f3n y hasta que se alcance un equilibrio num\u00e9rico con el proceso de interiorizaci\u00f3n y se creen condiciones para una acogida humanitaria en el estado de Roraima<\/em>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el juez Helder Gir\u00e3o Barreto, de la Sala Primera de la Justicia Federal de Roraima.<\/p>\n<p>La medida cautelar de Barreto responde a un recurso implementado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (PMF) y la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo de la Uni\u00f3n (DPU), que ped\u00edan la suspensi\u00f3n de un decreto emitido por ese estado fronterizo a trav\u00e9s del cual se exige pasaporte v\u00e1lido para que los inmigrantes venezolanos tengan acceso a servicios como la salud y la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, el juez tambi\u00e9n decidi\u00f3 suspender el decreto expedido el 1 de agosto por el Gobierno de Roraima, que tambi\u00e9n posibilitaba la deportaci\u00f3n o expulsi\u00f3n de venezolanos involucrados en cr\u00edmenes, y orden\u00f3 la vacunaci\u00f3n obligatoria contra el sarampi\u00f3n de todos los inmigrantes venezolanos que se encuentren en territorio brasile\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el juez determin\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n desde este domingo, hasta el momento la medida no se ha hecho efectiva debido a que las autoridades y \u00f3rganos competentes a\u00fan no han sido notificados oficialmente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la primera vez que la justicia ordena una medida de restricci\u00f3n al ingreso de venezolanos al pa\u00eds, aunque el pedido de cerrar la frontera ya hab\u00eda sido solicitado por el Gobierno de Roraima.<\/p>\n<p>En abril de este a\u00f1o, la gobernadora de Roraima, Suely Campos, del conservador Partido Progresista (PP), pidi\u00f3 el cierre temporal de la frontera con Venezuela por la \u201c<em>omisi\u00f3n del Gobierno Federal en cumplir su papel constitucional de control de la frontera, sobrecargando el Estado<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces el presidente brasile\u00f1o, Michel Temer, critic\u00f3 el pedido de la mandataria regional y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cerrar las fronteras del pa\u00eds no era un h\u00e1bito de Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Roraima, uno de los estados m\u00e1s pobres de Brasil, ha recibido unos 50.000 venezolanos, un porcentaje importante de su poblaci\u00f3n, que han elevado significativamente la demanda por los diferentes servicios p\u00fablicos en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La gobernaci\u00f3n alega no tener capacidad para atender esa demanda.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno de Brasil declar\u00f3 en febrero pasado la \u201csituaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad\u201d en Roraima y desde entonces ha puesto en marcha medidas de asistencia humanitaria para los inmigrantes venezolanos, en las que participan el Ej\u00e9rcito y organismos internacionales y que incluyen su traslado a otros puntos de Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Al ser consultada por Efe, la asesor\u00eda de prensa del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Roraima se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el organismo no pod\u00eda referirse sobre la decisi\u00f3n ya que existe un l\u00edmite para la presentaci\u00f3n de recursos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Vamos a esperar ese plazo<\/em>\u201d para presentar un recurso y por el momento \u201cno vamos a comentar la decisi\u00f3n de la Justicia\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>seryhumano.com<\/p>\n<p>EFE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00edo de Janeiro, 6 ago (EFE). &#8211;
