{"id":28835,"date":"2018-08-07T18:14:56","date_gmt":"2018-08-07T22:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?p=28835"},"modified":"2018-08-07T18:21:14","modified_gmt":"2018-08-07T22:51:14","slug":"movimiento-vinotinto-busca-reivindicar-memoria-historica-de-caidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?p=28835","title":{"rendered":"Movimiento Vinotinto busca reivindicar memoria hist\u00f3rica de ca\u00eddos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>M\u00e1s de 200 fallecidos tras represi\u00f3n en Venezuela<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/movimiento-vinotinto-busca-reivindicar-memoria-historica-de-caidos\/whatsapp-image-2018-08-07-at-12-42-11-pm\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-28845\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28845\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-08-07-at-12.42.11-PM-e1533681759622.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prensa Movimiento Vinotinto \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/movinotinto?lang=es\">@movinotinto<\/a>.- En agosto se cumple un a\u00f1o del fallecimiento de la \u00faltima de las v\u00edctimas de la represi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 2017, con lo que ces\u00f3 una espiral de violencia desatada por el Estado venezolano durante el ciclo de protestas que se suscitaron durante cuatro meses, y en ese contexto la <a href=\"http:\/\/movimientovinotinto.com\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Movimiento Vinotinto<\/a> realiz\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento a las v\u00edctimas, encontrando que como nunca antes, distintas modalidades de violaciones de derechos humanos sufri\u00f3 la sociedad venezolana, mientras ejerc\u00edan su leg\u00edtimo derecho a la manifestaci\u00f3n, acciones que fueron desde la limitaci\u00f3n o negaci\u00f3n de las garant\u00edas m\u00ednimas ciudadanas, hasta la vulneraci\u00f3n a quienes en su momento fueron detenidos en las movilizaciones, llegando a ascender el n\u00famero de presos pol\u00edticos a m\u00e1s de 800 personas en todo el territorio nacional, muchos de ellos sometidos a tratos inhumanos y degradantes, tortura y la violaci\u00f3n del debido proceso en general.<\/p>\n<p>Como defensores de los Derechos Humanos consideramos necesario reivindicar la memoria hist\u00f3rica de los fallecidos tras la represi\u00f3n en Venezuela, dado que durante la presidencia de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro se han contabilizado m\u00e1s de 200 personas fallecidas en el contexto de las manifestaciones, las cuales son en m\u00e1s de un 90 % atribuibles a funcionarios de cuerpos de seguridad y grupos paramilitares, quienes emplearon armas de fuego y distintos objetos mortales como bombas lacrim\u00f3genas, municiones no permitidas (metras), entre otros mecanismos de represi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por tal motivo este mi\u00e9rcoles 8 de agosto se realizar\u00e1 de manera simult\u00e1nea en las diversas entidades (Barinas, Bol\u00edvar, Lara, M\u00e9rida, T\u00e1chira, Yaracuy, Zulia y el \u00c1rea metropolitana de Caracas) una actividad para recordar junto a familiares y sociedad en general, a quienes dejaron un vac\u00edo en los \u00e1mbitos donde se desempe\u00f1aban, y asimismo denunciar que en m\u00e1s del 91 % de los casos se ha impuesto la impunidad.
