Nadie quiere morir y los que mueren por suicidio tampoco, si hubieran encontrado otra salida en su mente a su sufrimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca se deber\u00eda clasificar un suicidio en t\u00e9rminos de \u201c<em>cobard\u00eda\u201d<\/em> o \u201c<em>valent\u00eda<\/em>\u201d, en referencia al acto en s\u00ed. Decir, por otro lado, que la persona fallecida \u201c<em>era ego\u00edsta<\/em>\u201d es quiz\u00e1s una gran injusticia, ser\u00eda invalidar su vida por ese final tan tr\u00e1gico. No solemos culpar de \u201c<em>ego\u00edsta<\/em>\u201d a quien muri\u00f3 por c\u00e1ncer u por otra enfermedad u otras circunstancias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 LAS PERSONAS MUEREN POR SUICIDIO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Solo el suicida piensa que puede salir por puertas que solo en la pared est\u00e1n pintadas<\/em>\u201d (Vladimir Holan)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los factores conocidos asociados al suicidio son muy variados, as\u00ed como las causas que se dan en cada caso. Por ello, se habla de que no hay un suicidio, sino suicidios. Cada caso, a pesar de compartir ese final tan tr\u00e1gico y doloroso, proviene de historias y circunstancias personales y sociales muy diferentes entre s\u00ed, de vivencias que las hace \u00fanicas, como a las personas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los factores que est\u00e1n asociados a que pueda existir una probabilidad de suicidio son:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>-El trastorno mental, en especial la depresi\u00f3n, y los trastornos de personalidad.<\/p>\n<p>-Las conductas adictivas.<\/p>\n<p>-El desarraigo social o soledad.<\/p>\n<p>-Acontecimientos vitales estresantes.<\/p>\n<p>-La enfermedad cr\u00f3nica que cursa con dolor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las personas que ponen en riesgo su vida y su salud, a menudo padecen un trastorno por depresi\u00f3n, pero esto no siempre es as\u00ed. Las causas se deben a m\u00faltiples factores a veces dif\u00edciles de diagnosticar o de prever.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, tampoco estos trastornos y factores acaban de explicar el \u201cpor qu\u00e9\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un porcentaje elevado de suicidios no es atribuible a ninguno de estos factores de riesgo, ni a causas concretas, por lo es extremadamente dif\u00edcil su detecci\u00f3n. Debemos considerar el suicidio como el resultado de varias causas interrelacionadas que, en muchos casos, nunca llegaremos a entender o conocer, pero fueron los suficientemente importantes y dolorosas para la persona fallecida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL IMPACTO DE LA MUERTE POR SUICIDIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La muerte por suicidio, repentina y tr\u00e1gica, produce siempre sorpresa, incredulidad y un estado de shock a las personas pr\u00f3ximas. Estos sentimientos se refuerzan por el contexto forense policial que nos encontramos durante las primeras horas del deceso o descubrimiento del cad\u00e1ver.
