{"id":29261,"date":"2018-10-19T12:27:31","date_gmt":"2018-10-19T16:57:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?p=29261"},"modified":"2018-10-19T12:28:41","modified_gmt":"2018-10-19T16:58:41","slug":"dia-internacional-del-cocinero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?p=29261","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda Internacional del Cocinero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un cocinero?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/dia-internacional-del-cocinero\/cocinero\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-29262\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29262\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Cocinero-e1539968026366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"358\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Se dice de aquella persona que se dedica al oficio de preparar, aderezar, sazonar, condimentar y guisar los alimentos de manera saludable, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas y m\u00e9todos establecidos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El oficio de cocinero nace en la prehistoria con el descubrimiento del fuego, todos los utensilios de piedra y madera creados por nuestros antepasados, eran destinados para la consecuci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>La civilizaci\u00f3n comienza con un fuego encendido en el suelo y los hombres congregados a su alrededor, un grupo se encargaba de cazar y recolectar y otros se dedicaban a cocer y procesar los alimentos, naciendo as\u00ed la profesi\u00f3n de cocinero.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cada 20 de octubre se celebra el D\u00eda Internacional del cocinero<\/em><\/strong>.
