Maracaibo<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Siendo la gran capital de un Estado prominente sufre religiosamente del olvido GUBERNAMENTAL, he tomado parte del primer verso de la gaita <strong><em>Maracaibo Marginada<\/em><\/strong> porque hoy, 49 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, estas\u00a0 palabras se encuentran m\u00e1s vigentes que nunca.<\/p>\n<p>Como en esa \u00e9poca 1969, hoy los Zulianos seguimos rogando a la divinidad que meta sus manos por nosotros, porque con los funcionarios electos no cuentan; los zulianos escribimos gaitas protesta, colgamos pancartas an\u00f3nimas o simplemente levantamos nuestras voces en las constantes y largas colas para echar gasolina, porque es una manera de expresarnos y hasta desestresarnos, ya que, desde hace cinco a\u00f1os la vivencia en el Estado, se hace cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy mientras la ciudad de Maracaibo est\u00e1 en completo abandono por la <strong>LLAVE PERFECTA<\/strong> como su slogan de campa\u00f1a, y que los llev\u00f3 al triunfo el 10 de diciembre del 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Una llave perfecta que en 10 meses acab\u00f3 con una ciudad hermosa, en la que reinan las monta\u00f1as de basura, la oscuridad en sus calles y avenidas, los sem\u00e1foros en su gran mayor\u00eda da\u00f1ados, la vialidad casi nula, las aguas negras son r\u00edos que adornan la ciudad. En 10 largos meses nos dejaron sin electricidad y sin agua y por si fuera poco, lo que costo cuatro a\u00f1os de dedicaci\u00f3n, la construcci\u00f3n del Puente Rafael Urdaneta, mejor conocido como <em>Puente sobre el Lago<\/em>, casi se viene abajo por una explosi\u00f3n que debilit\u00f3 sus bases.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy esa misma LLAVE PERFECTA organiza la flamante feria de La Chinita, mientras el pueblo muere de mengua. La ciudad se llena de tarimas en las que lo que menos sonar\u00e1 ser\u00e1 nuestra Gaita Zuliana y mucho menos un canto a la agasajada.<\/p>\n<p>Volver\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de nueve a\u00f1os el programa imbatible de Venezuela \u201c<em>S\u00e1bado Sensacional<\/em>\u201d con la elecci\u00f3n de la reina, que dicho sea de paso, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la reina de feria , la reina de la basura, de la ruina de una ciudad, la reina de la ciudad fantasma en la que han convertido a Maracaibo, la reina de las moscas, del dengue, la reina de las aguas negras; digo esto sin \u00e1nimos de ofender a las candidatas, ni mucho menos a la nueva reina, pero considero que no debi\u00f3 postularse ninguna, hasta tanto no se limpiara la casa grande<u>, porque cuando hay fiesta primero se arregla la casa. <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Ya la Plaza de Toros no ser\u00e1 el escenario para el magno evento \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1NO!!! La Plaza de Toros es poco para los nuevos burgueses, ahora el excelso evento ser\u00e1 en el Gran Palacios de los eventos de Maracaibo.<\/p>\n<p>Omar Prieto, Maracaibo te aplaude los pantalones que usaste el d\u00eda que decidiste recuperar el casco central, yo como maracucha agradezco poder ver la hermosura del casco hist\u00f3rico de la ciudad, pero \u00bfacabaste con las mafias que ah\u00ed hacen vida? \u00bfAcabaste con las camorras de cuello blanco, que son los verdaderos due\u00f1os de la mayor\u00eda de los negocios que ah\u00ed existe, y son como DIOSES?, que nadie los ha visto pero todos hablan de ellos.
