A trav\u00e9s de dos etapas consecutivas, destilaci\u00f3n y gasificaci\u00f3n, se consigue el total aprovechamiento energ\u00e9tico de los neum\u00e1ticos\u201d, explica el investigador del CSIC F\u00e9lix L\u00f3pez, del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Metal\u00fargicas, responsable del proyecto.<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=3723\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3723\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-3723\" alt=\"neum\u00e1ticos 3\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-3.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-3.jpg 225w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-3-50x50.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De la primera fase, la destilaci\u00f3n, resulta un aceite que se obtiene mediante condensaci\u00f3n a baja temperatura de la fracci\u00f3n vol\u00e1til, que posteriormente se transforma en gasolina y diesel. Despu\u00e9s, en la segunda etapa, los gases que no hayan sido condensados se transforman en energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, mientras que el residuo s\u00f3lido, denominado char, se transforma en gas combustible mediante un proceso de gasificaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><b>Problema medioambiental<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a se producen cada a\u00f1o unas 240.000 toneladas de neum\u00e1ticos al a\u00f1o. Las dificultades que presenta el reciclado, reutilizaci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de esa cantidad de neum\u00e1ticos una vez est\u00e1n fuera de uso suponen un grave problema medioambiental debido a la toxicidad de las emisiones por combusti\u00f3n o incineraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=3720\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3720\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3720\" alt=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-2-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/neum\u00e1ticos-2.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Seg\u00fan L\u00f3pez, la tecnolog\u00eda desarrollada es totalmente innovadora, tanto en los aspectos conceptuales del proceso como en los de ingenier\u00eda y dise\u00f1o. \u201cLa principal ventaja es que no genera residuos ni emisiones, y transforma el neum\u00e1tico en combustibles y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.
