La ausencia de esta hormona es inminente cuando se presenta la DT1 y si esta condici\u00f3n no se controla adecuadamente puede fomentar la aparici\u00f3n de complicaciones en la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de los 100 a\u00f1os de la insulina, la Lic. Gisela Ayala, Directora Ejecutiva de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Diabetes A.C., hizo un llamado a romper con la falsa creencia de que el diagn\u00f3stico de la diabetes es una sentencia de muerte. Todo es cuesti\u00f3n de tomar la decisi\u00f3n de mantener el control de ciertos niveles en tu metabolismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1s encontrar 7 h\u00e1bitos que permiten vivir con diabetes y mantenerse lo m\u00e1s saludable posible.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Come saludablemente<\/strong>: llevar un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n personalizado y adecuado a las necesidades y gustos de la familia es b\u00e1sico para nutrirte bien, para mantener o conseguir un peso adecuado y sobre todo para controlar tus niveles de glucosa en sangre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Mantente activo<\/strong>: establecer un plan de actividad f\u00edsica constante y personalizado ayudar\u00e1 a normalizar los niveles de glucosa y contribuir\u00e1 al control metab\u00f3lico. Caminar 30 minutos diarios cinco veces a la semana es suficiente para ver resultados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Mide constantemente tus niveles de glucosa<\/strong>: observar la variaci\u00f3n de tu glucosa a lo largo del d\u00eda permite modificar tus dosis y la identificaci\u00f3n de elementos que afectan o ayudan a tu control. Llevar un registro de estas cifras proporciona una herramienta de gran ayuda para el m\u00e9dico y el educador en diabetes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Sigue tu tratamiento m\u00e9dico<\/strong>: conocer la funci\u00f3n y los efectos que los antidiab\u00e9ticos orales y la insulina producen en el organismo, as\u00ed como sus horarios de administraci\u00f3n es indispensable, pues estos apoyan a mantener en control los niveles de glucosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Aprende a enfrentar retos cotidianos<\/strong>: adquirir habilidades para resolver problemas de d\u00eda a d\u00eda es de vital importancia.
