Esto sucede tanto en el bebedor ocasional, como en el habitual, ya que es consecuencia directa de una ingesta excesiva de alcohol, con la diferencia de que en los pacientes alcoh\u00f3licos estos trastornos se van convirtiendo en cr\u00f3nicos y en ocasiones de car\u00e1cter irreversible\u201d, explica el Dr. Fabi\u00e1n G\u00f3mez, m\u00e9dico ur\u00f3logo Y asesor cient\u00edfico de Boston medical Group para la Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el estudio revela tambi\u00e9n que el tabaco (con un 35%) se presenta como la segunda causa implicada\u00a0en los trastornos de disfunci\u00f3n er\u00e9ctil de los varones menores de 40 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Esto sucede porque el tabaco provoca una progresiva obstrucci\u00f3n\u00a0 en las venas y las arterias; y como explica el doctor G\u00f3mez, \u201cla erecci\u00f3n del pene es la respuesta a un est\u00edmulo provocado por la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y por un fen\u00f3meno de flujos.
