Y, por lo tanto, hacer un sobreesfuerzo la noche previa a un examen a costa de dormir poco o nada puede empeorar los\u00a0resultados.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=7290\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7290\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-7290\" alt=\"180px-112378845_13ac333500\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/180px-112378845_13ac333500.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a>Los investigadores analizaron las pautas de estudio de 535 estudiantes de secundaria, a quienes se les pidi\u00f3 que llevaran un diario durante 14 d\u00edas en el que apuntar su tiempo de estudio, las horas de sue\u00f1o y sus problemas acad\u00e9micos, por ejemplo dificultades para entender algo en clase o malos resultados en los deberes de casa o en un examen.<\/p>\n<p>En general, los investigadores encontraron que quienes m\u00e1s estudiaban sacaban mejores\u00a0calificaciones, pero al indagar en los momentos dedicados al mismo, observaron que el\u00a0h\u00e1bito\u00a0de estudiar por la noche -asociado a menos horas de sue\u00f1o- se relacionaba con problemas acad\u00e9micos.
