Cuando realizas un descanso activo con una caminata.\u00a0<\/b>Prueba una sesi\u00f3n de caminata a la semana que te ayudar\u00e1 a recuperar de un trabajo m\u00e1s intenso.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Cuando tu plan indica que realices una carrera suave.\u00a0<\/b>El trote ligero o suave es aquel en el que corres por encima del 60% de tu m\u00e1ximo ritmo card\u00edaco, pero a un paso al que puedas sostener una conversaci\u00f3n y sentirte c\u00f3modo. Por esto se le denomina tambi\u00e9n carrera social. No caigas en la tentaci\u00f3n de correr duro ese d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Cuando calientas al comenzar un entrenamiento o carrera.\u00a0<\/b>Siempre calienta adecuadamente antes de comenzar tu entrenamiento o una competici\u00f3n. Comienza con un trote muy suave durante 10 o 15 minutos para entrar en calor.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Cuando corres tu primer kil\u00f3metro en una competici\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/b>El primer kil\u00f3metro de una carrera lo puedes correr m\u00e1s lento, pero nunca m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que el paso promedio que deseas mantener en la competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.
