La vida es impersonal y no se gu\u00eda\u00a0por estas reglas por eso pareciera muchas veces injusta.<br \/>\nMuchas veces la vida nos pone en situaciones dif\u00edciles en lo que se refiere a nuestra interrelaci\u00f3n social, familiar y de pareja, para m\u00ed, como formas de hacer trabajo interior cuyo fin es el ir despertando.<br \/>\nPero como esto \u00faltimo generalmente no sucede de golpe hay que vivir este proceso, todav\u00eda identificado con quien creemos ser. Y eso es para no seguir perdiendo el tiempo.<br \/>\nTe sugiero que leas el libro \u00abAmar lo que es\u00bb, de Byron Katie, en el cual puedes encontrar informaci\u00f3n sobre el proceso llamado \u00abThe Work\u00bb (El Trabajo) el cual te ayudar\u00e1 a cambiar el enfoque en esta situaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed encontrar otra forma de verla. Este libro es muy recomendado por Deepak Chopra pues es un cuestionamiento de todos estos juicios y conceptos que proyectamos en las personas y que nos hacen sufrir.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado es un autodescubrimiento que alivia mucho y proporciona gran claridad acerca de lo que te perturba en relaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Trata de no llevar a tu mente una y otra vez a pensar en lo que \u00e9l o ella ha hecho mal o no ha hecho bien, eso no har\u00e1 m\u00e1s que auto-prolongar tu sufrimiento.
