De empezar a crear. De empezar a cambiar la historia. De dejar de hacer predecible la historia. De comenzar a escribir la propia historia. De dejar de que otros la escriban por uno.<\/p>\n<p>El esp\u00edritu del cambio empieza buscando. Sabe que para sanar hay que moverse, gritar, patalear, llorar, contactar con el dolor. Sabe que la \u00fanica persona que puede hacer ese trabajo es uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>La resistencia, la negaci\u00f3n y la cr\u00edtica son t\u00edpicos mecanismos de defensa contra el esp\u00edritu de cambio. Hay quienes se escudan en la raz\u00f3n para no contactar con el dolor. Est\u00e1n los que sienten tanto miedo, que pueden llegar a negar cualquier dolencia. Y no faltan los que critican cualquier forma de sanaci\u00f3n, incluso antes de haberla probado.<\/p>\n<p>No hay un camino, una escuela o un movimiento, un psic\u00f3logo, psiquiatra o un chaman con el que arrancar. Todos pueden ayudar. Aunque es cierto que para llegar a Buda hay que pasar por Freud.<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/el-espiritu-del-cambio\/new12177-dos\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9310\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-9310\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/new12177-dos.jpg\" alt=\"new12177-dos\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Maneras de alejarse del verdadero ser, es decir, de no contactar con los verdaderos traumas, hay miles, millones.
