Para ello, se eligi\u00f3 un micro-formato televisivo de un minuto y medio que permitiera contar peque\u00f1as historias distribuidas a lo largo de toda la programaci\u00f3n, especialmente en las franjas de m\u00e1xima audiencia. Hasta el momento han colaborado m\u00e1s de 90 reconocidos artistas venezolanos quienes relatan casos de ciudadanos en los que se refuerzan los valores de convivencia y superaci\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n<p>Para la selecci\u00f3n de los premiados, la Fundaci\u00f3n Corresponsables design\u00f3 a un Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico formado por consultoras expertas en Responsabilidad Social y Sostenibilidad, quienes realizaron un an\u00e1lisis de los proyectos, teniendo como principales criterios para la valoraci\u00f3n: la creatividad, la innovaci\u00f3n, la alineaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa con la actividad b\u00e1sica de la entidad, la sostenibilidad, la comunicaci\u00f3n realizada y la creaci\u00f3n de valor compartido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Al conocer la noticia, Adriana Cisneros, CEO y Vice Chairman de la Organizaci\u00f3n Cisneros, afirm\u00f3 que \u201cel \u00e9xito de <i>Somos lo que Queremos <\/i>ratifica el compromiso de la Organizaci\u00f3n Cisneros y Venevision de continuar trabajando en favor de la sociedad a trav\u00e9s de diversos programas e iniciativas\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/?attachment_id=9471\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9471\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-9471\" alt=\"Siddhartha Mata Productora RSE Organizaci\u00f3n Cisneros_Mar\u00eda Ignacia Arcaya, Dcta RSE OC_Joan Fontrodoma\" src=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Siddhartha-Mata-Productora-RSE-Organizaci\u00f3n-Cisneros_Mar\u00eda-Ignacia-Arcaya-Dcta-RSE-OC_Joan-Fontrodoma.jpg\" width=\"90%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Siddhartha-Mata-Productora-RSE-Organizaci\u00f3n-Cisneros_Mar\u00eda-Ignacia-Arcaya-Dcta-RSE-OC_Joan-Fontrodoma.jpg 850w, https:\/\/seryhumano.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Siddhartha-Mata-Productora-RSE-Organizaci\u00f3n-Cisneros_Mar\u00eda-Ignacia-Arcaya-Dcta-RSE-OC_Joan-Fontrodoma-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Mar\u00eda Ignacia Arcaya, Directora de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial de la Organizaci\u00f3n Cisneros, quien viaj\u00f3 a Madrid para recibir el reconocimiento, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cestamos muy orgullosos de llevar tres a\u00f1os con este proyecto porque promueve el c\u00f3mo ser un buen ciudadano, y comparte historias alentadoras de personas que han superado grandes obst\u00e1culos\u201d.
